Shipping and Estimated Delivery Times

We work with a network of multiple shipping carriers to deliver our shipments, including USPS, UPS, and Fedex.

We offer Standard and Expedited shipping methods for most shipping addresses.

Depending on your shipping address, Standard Shipping can take between 2 to 7 business days to arrive, while Expedited Shipping can take between 2 to 4 business days to arrive.

Please note that, once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we no longer have any control of your shipment and cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process.

For this reason, we strongly advise purchasing shipping protection via Route at checkout on every order.

How do I track the shipping for my order?

Throughout the fulfillment and shipping process, you will receive emails from us notifying you of updates regarding your shipment.

In addition, you can easily check the status of your order by submitting your tracking number or order number at the form on our Order Tracking page.
